What should I bring with me?

Ensure you bring your driver's license, title, and, if applicable, lien payoff.

What if there is a lien on my car?

If your vehicle has a lien, please bring the details of your lien holder, including their name and phone number. Also, provide the name on your account, account number, and social security number. We'll reach out to your lien holder to secure a 10-day payoff. When you sell us your vehicle, we'll issue a payment check to settle the entire loan balance.

How will we evaluate your vehicle?

Our evaluation process follows a standardized approach, carefully assessing your vehicle's current condition, including any cosmetic or mechanical defects or damages. You'll have the chance to inform us about anything special, such as maintenance history records or aftermarket accessories and upgrades.

My vehicle is on a lease, can I sell it?

In most cases, you can sell a leased vehicle. We'll appraise the vehicle, contact the leasing company to obtain a payoff quote on your behalf, and process any equity you might have.

How will I be paid for my vehicle?

Once the sale is complete, we will issue a check made payable to the name listed on the title. Depending on your equity position, we'll take care of paying off any remaining balance.

What about the paperwork?

Our team will take care of all the necessary paperwork for you, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. If any additional documentation is needed before, during or after the sale - your Salesperson and our expert Finance Team will communicate with you.

What if I owe more than the car is worth?

In the case where your payoff amount exceeds the market value of your vehicle, resulting in "negative equity", we will calculate the difference. You have the option to pay that amount, and we will take care of processing the payoff and handling all associated paperwork.

Can I sell a car on behalf of a company?

Yes, selling a car on behalf of a company is possible. However, this involves a different process. Please call our main line or connect with our Sales Team and ask for assistance.
